Pilot Construction Welcomes Industry Veteran Mark Miller

Pilot Construction is proud to announce the addition to Mark Miller, a highly accomplished construction industry professional with deep experience across all facets of commercial construction and contracting.

Mark brings an impressive track record to Pilot, having led a wide range of large-scale construction projects over his career. His extensive background spans multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and hospitality construction. As an outside general contractor, Mark has successfully managed the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects from the ground up.

Most recently, at Provident Realty Advisors, Mark played a key role in the development and construction of seven hotel properties between 2021 and 2025. He founded Provident Hospitality Contractors, an in-house general contracting division, where he oversaw all construction operations, showcasing his ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and deliver results on time and on budget.

Mark’s hands-on general contracting experience includes projects for nationally recognized brands such as WoodSpring Suites, ESA Premier Suites, and stayAPT Suites. He also served as Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for both WoodSpring Suites and EverHome Suites developments. Additionally, Mark managed seven different Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), and worked on construction projects at more than 30 hotels in the Provident portfolio.

Mark’s proven ability to lead complex construction operations and his deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to Pilot Construction and our clients. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he will have on our continued growth and project excellence.
