Mark Miller

Mark brings extensive, hands-on experience as both an Executive Director of Hospitality and leader of the in-house General Contractor at his previous firm. He developed, managed construction on, in some cases personally built, and opened seven different hotels from 2021 to 2025.

Prior to joining Pilot Construction, Mark served in several different roles within Provident Realty Advisors, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and hospitality construction. While at Provident, Mark founded Provident Hospitality Contractors, building an in-house general contracting division focused on hotel projects. In this in-house GC capacity, Mark was integral to the development of nine hotel projects. His direct, ground-up general contracting experience includes projects for WoodSpring Suites, ESA Premier Suites, and stayAPT Suites. In addition, he served as Owner's Representative/Construction Manager for WoodSpring Suites and an EverHome Suites projects. Mark also managed seven different PIPs, as well as numerous construction projects on 30 different hotels in Provident’s portfolio. Mark's proven ability to manage and lead complex construction operations provides invaluable expertise to Pilot Construction and its clients.
