Wade Blackburn

A Founding Principal at Pilot Construction Group, Wade brings a wealth of experience and a strong vision from his alternative venture, Infraterre LLC. Over the past decade, he has successfully completed more than $200 million in transactions across all property sectors in Texas, including ground-up development. Wade’s extensive knowledge of industry benchmarks enables him to effectively manage the planning, funding, and execution of complex construction projects.

Wade holds a finance degree from Southern Methodist University and previously developed his expertise as a broker at Magellan Commercial Realty, Inc.

Wade and his wife, Lauren, live in Dallas and are proud parents of four daughters—Coy, Caris, Cadence, and Caroline. Wade is an active board member of One Man’s Treasure, which seeks to empower men recently released from prison by providing clothing and support in the name of the Gospel. He and his wife are also members of Northway Church in Dallas.
